Be A ​PARADIGM DISRUPTOR

A massive amount of energy is needed to upgrade the current governing world view.  To transform a paradigm, we need to be DISRUPTORS.  To offer a differing viewpoint.  A new improved angle.  A NEW WAY. There have been many points along the way of human evolution on this planet when this has happened.  For sure we are at one of those points currently on our sweet home planet earth! May this blog inspire YOU to be a paradigm disruptor, in your own field!
 
For inspiration, we cast a glance at history. At the tipping points for our species, where a new way was found and then widely adopted. One such moment was the paradigm shift during the “Copernican Revolution” in Europe in the 1500s.
 
The governing paradigm in Europe (prior to 1500) was that all the planets and stars rotated around the earth.  We call that a geocentric model.  This model was out of phase with the new astronomical discoveries, and as we commonly know and accept as truth now, the planets in our solar system orbit around the sun. This is known as a Heliocentric model.
 
Nicolaus Copernicus was a “disruptor” and published in 1543 his astronomical model that model positioned the Sun at the center of the Universe with Earth and the other planets orbiting around it in circular paths. While this path was well paved by the ancient astronomers, and by many Islamic earlier astronomers, his work is considered a major tipping point and advancement that charted a new course in science and human understanding.
