Venus Becomes Evening Star ~ The Heavenly Fire of Xolotl
Folks who live in my region all experienced the incoming roar of Xolotl last night! We had an intense storm front move through, with torrential rains, and thunder that shook the ground and extreme lightning flashes.
In Aztec mythology, Xolotl was a god of fire and lightning, commonly depicted as a dog-headed man and was known as a soul-guide for the dead.  Xolotl is the canine brother and twin of Quetzalcoatl, the pair being sons of the virgin Chimalma. He is the dark personification of Venus, the evening star, and was associated with heavenly fire.
Xolotl is sometimes depicted carrying a torch in the surviving Maya codices, which reference the Maya tradition that the dog brought fire to mankind. He is the lightning beast, who darts from heaven with a torch in his hand and represents the lightning which descends from the thundercloud, the flash. Xolotl was in charge of escorting celestial beings (the Sun, the planet Venus) to the underworld and back, keeping them safe during the journey.
Xolotl came roaring in last night to remind us that Venus is in her deepest descent into the underworld this week. Planet Venus is Conjuncting our Sun on October 22, 2022. Thanks for the vivid reminder mother nature!  Round and round we go, diving DEEP now.  This upcoming week has so many astronomical events and celestial gateways – from this Venus conjunction to the powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse.  
We are 4 days before this conjunction now, and we can mark the descent and the emergence with an 8 day gateway. 
The next 8 days offer you a “death and rebirth” window for your own inner transformation.  Devote the rest of your week to releasing the old, the heavy, the inner burdens.   Recognize your old ways of being and habitual patters.  Let die the draining self-talk and unwanted thoughts. During this window, things will be bubbling up to the surface.  We are heavy into this energy already, so this process has been ongoing all September and October.  Know that we are at the nadir of that cycle, and the deep releases are available for you to access.
A Venus decent cycle alone is a process of deep diving and inner transformation.  We are taking it up a notch this week, as the Venus underworld transformation is being punctuated by a New Moon Solar Eclipse.  Talk about a deep dive!
If you are feeling it, know you are in good company, we are all deeply under this influence now.  Know to that the universe is conspiring for your greatness.  These opportunities are available for you to clear out the old.  To pass through the filter of the decent and to emerge in new light, as a new you.

​Today I am synthesizing my community offerings around our intense week we have coming up, with Venus Conjuncting the Sun on October 22 and the Eclipse (partial solar) just a few days later on October 25.
The last time Venus conjuncted the sun was January 8, 2022.  That conjunction transitioned Venus to a morning star.  And she has been shining brightly all spring and summer in the predawn skies.  This week Venus turn the corner on this cycle, and remains invisible to us until late November, when the planet emerges from the solar glare and once again shines in our evening sky.  
We will be offering a series of articles and videos and Inner Space Journeys to assist you as you flow into the deep waters of this transformative water fire. We will culminate with a group Journey on October 26.  There is so much to ponder with this transformation…I chose to break it into smaller shares, once for each of the next eight days, to offer it “bit by bit” so you can digest it as we go. In the evening sky just at and after sunset, you can look for Mercury sliding in beside the Pleiades Star Cluster.  Binoculars or telescope will help you see them, but some may get a glimpse with the naked eye.

The position of the Sun and Moon when they meet in the sky and the moon eclipses the sun is right near the throat of Cetus and M77 - CETUS A.  Cetus, the Whale or Sea Dragon Constellation contains a barred spiral galaxy.  This Galaxy (M77) is a strong radio source.  It broadcasts massive codes from its supermassive black hole.  This Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN), positioned like it is in the throat of Cetus, codes like WHALE SONG.

On Saturday February 12, 2022, in the predawn sky, Venus and Mars come together for a planetary conjunction.  If you want to see them, it is an early up and out of bed view.  Venus rises around 4:30, with Mars shortly after. Both Mars and Venus will be visible from 5 am (EST) until the sun light outshines them.  

This alignment is from our vantage point here on Earth, the planets are not near each other in space, but rather occupy the same portion of the sky, on our Celestial Sphere.  
They will be hanging out in the constellation Sagittarius.  From a dark sky viewing spot, it should be a spectacular early morning star show! Mars with bright Venus at the edge of the "River of Stars" - The Milky Way!

Nearby to their conjunction spot are the celestial objects:
Eagle Nebula
Omega Nebula
Sagittarius Star Cloud
Galactic Center *near Sgr3

Mars and Venus meeting right near the edge of the galaxy, and right after Mars crossed the StarRiver/Milky Way feels like an important moment for this code exchange conjunction.

This is also the second of a three part conjunction.  
Their first meet up was July 12/13, 2021.
They had both just passed through the Beehive Cluster, and to me their July meet up sparked a big Planetary Merkaba spin/light up/activation.  I wrote about that July meet up here:

To make it all even more dynamic, Mars and Venus share this conjunction day with another dynamic duo, Mercury and Pluto.  The will be meeting up at "the tale end" of the Sagittarius constellation, quite close to Mars and Venus.  Mercury pokes up out of the southeastern horizon just after 5:30 am EST, and Pluto (which is only viewable by telescope) shortly after.

Mercury and Pluto speak to me of BRIDGING.  Bringing opposite vantage points together.
And boy could planet earth and humanity use some of the energy right now!!
They represent opposite energies - as solar system objects....

Two Total Solar Eclipses trace pathways across the North American continent within 7 years of each other.  These two eclipses are working in synergy together, to assist with a massive recoding and activation of freedom codes on the North American continent, and particularly in the heartland of the USA.  X Marks the spot between these two powerfully transformational eclipses.  Let's explore both the X Marks in Time and Space!

X in Time - The Midway Day
The midway point between the August 21, 2017 Total Solar Eclipse and the April 8, 2024 Total Solar Eclipse is TODAY December 14, 2021.  I was so intrigued by this synergy and eclipse transformation potential - I sat down and calculated the exact midpoint of this cycle, to the day.  That DAY IS TODAY! 
Calculating to the specific day of the midpoint between these two astronomical events brings us to the cross point, the balance point, the midline squeeze point of
December 14, 2021.​

X in Space - The Pathways
The pathway of these two eclipses trace an X across North America.  
2017 pathway flowed from the Pacific Northwest and down and across the continent to the Carolina coast.The 2024 pathway tracks across in the opposite flow, from the southwest off the coast of Mexico, up across to eastern Atlantic Canada.

Zooming in to look at the exact crossover area, where the two X lines meet we see 

"An area spanning parts of Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky will be the nexus of the next two total solar eclipses to occur in the U.S., on August 21, 2017, and April 8, 2024...The two paths cross each other and create a zone of overlapping totality of almost 9,000 square miles, or roughly the size of New Jersey.

In Illinois, Carbondale is located in the northern quadrant of the zone and Marion is located in the eastern. In the southern quadrant there’s Paducah, Kentucky, and Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Farmington, Missouri, is located in the western quadrant. Shawnee National Forest is completely enclosed within the zone of totality and both the Mississippi and Ohio rivers run through it."

It is worthy to note the pathway of the recent tornadoes that ripped through this region.  
I was noticing the pathway of the massive tornado in Kentucky overnight on December 11 into the morning of December 12 flows right along the path of totality of the 2024 eclipse.  And also right around this X cross spot in the heart of the USA.  

While holding a compassionate space for all the people directly affected by the devastation and destruction that came with these storms, we can simultaneously hold an awful respect for the synchronicity for this storm pathway to mirror the eclipse pathway, and to come right here, at the midpoint in time, as well as space for this majorly huge eclipse activation.  Those of us that work closely with the energies of the grids of the earth note well and often the fact that weather clears and prepares the land, the region, the people.  

The transformational potential of these bookend Total Solar Eclipses is a an amazing exploration we will undertake with gusto over the next many years here at Inner Space.  We will speak of this again, and often!

“We rely on the Sun's energy to live on Earth and the aurora relies on the Sun's energy to drive the currents that make the aurora. The Sun is our nearest star. It is, as all stars are, a hot ball of gas made up mostly of Hydrogen. The Sun is so hot that most of the gas is actually plasma, the fourth state of matter.
The first state is a solid and it is the coldest state of matter. As we heat up a solid it becomes liquid. Liquid is the second state of matter. As we heat up liquid, the liquid turns to gas. Gas is the third state of matter. As we heat up the gas, atoms break apart into charged particles turning the gas into plasma. This is not the same type of plasma that is found in your blood: same name, different stuff.
The Sun's plasma is so hot that the most energetic charged particles can escape from the Sun's gravity and fly away, out into space. We call this plasma the solar wind because it blows out away from the Sun and past the planets, interacting with their magnetic fields and/or atmospheres. Along with the solar wind comes the Sun's magnetic field, which reaches from the Sun out to past Pluto and Neptune.
Charged particles and magnetic fields influence each other. So when the solar wind, which is made up of charged particles, blows past Earth's magnetosphere, the shape of the magnetic field changes from the dipole magnetic field - shown on Earth's Magnetosphere page - to a plasma-swept magnetosphere that looks more like someone's hair got blown in the wind. This interaction between the Sun's plasma wind and Earth's magnetosphere is known as the Sun-Earth Connection.
The side of the magnetosphere getting hit by the solar wind is called the "dayside magnetosphere" because it is facing the Sun. The part of the magnetosphere that stretches back as though it were streaming with the solar wind is called the magnetotail. The magnetotail is very important to the THEMIS mission.
The every day interaction between the solar wind and Earth's magnetic fields causes currents to flow between Earth's upper atmosphere and the magnetosphere, mostly the magnetotail. And just as currents flow through a neon light to light up the gas, the currents flow between the magnetotail and upper atmosphere light up Earth's gases to cause the aurora.
Sometimes the magnetosphere stores more energy than it can release in a slow manner and something inside the magnetotail "breaks" and waves and currents are generated that trigger the beautiful and mysterious dancing aurora that we've been talking about on these THEMIS science pages. THEMIS will solve the long standing mystery as to what triggers this energy release in the magnetotail that leads to an auroral substorm.”
