Great write up about this process. Of your body integrating more LIGHT and shedding of the old I just went though another round myself over the weekend. It is good to remind each other, especially in this current global moment, that this is a process to welcome and embrace.

From Dr Joe Dispenza.... “The pattern of disease exists in light, so when people start opening their heart and energy starts moving from their lower three centers up into their heart, once it reaches their heart the research shows it continues up into their brains. As it moves upwards, it moves through the neck, down through the nerves, and into the hands (which is what enables people to facilitate a greater frequency). Once someone begins facilitating the frequency of wholeness, as the cell becomes more whole and less imbalanced, it’s going to go through a host of chemical, biological, and genetic changes. In the process, an enormous amount of physiological changes take place causing the body to reorganize itself on a cellular level. The cell will then eliminate, secrete, absorb, and even breath better. So just hang tight and know that you could either experience the symptoms now or experience them later. Like a snake molting its skin, you are shedding what is no longer needed. When you see it as your past being burned away, you just might bless it.”

Big doings going on with the Gulf Coast storm, named hurricane Laura.
Storm is pinging some pivotal grid point in the Gulf of Mexico, off coast of Texas, up into Arkansas, clearing the Ozarks, and along the Memphis Nashville Kentucky Appalachian mountain range region. Through Ohio, Pennsylvania and into DC and NYC into Hudson river Valley.
Storms are big energy and code movers. This one is set up to work the central spine line of North America.
We saw what happened, the ripple of freedom codes from an event in Minneapolis earlier this year.
This is part of that, another branch.

There is nothing to “do” or alter or direct.
It is the potent power of “simply” directing your awareness to the event. Holding space as it unfolds. Like a companion or escort, a conductor or guide. Who watches, observes, and from neutral space listens to hear ans d watches to see.
I do it with lots of study of maps, watching radar and weather reports. Tuning in to the storm itself.
This corridor, the predicted pathway is the storm is one I have been shown for several years. One I had anticipated working in person with my body vehicle. Driving the lines. I get the sense the storm is doing that work now. Partially to prep for Equinox. Definitely to unlock some more freedom codes along the way.
