Drinking in the warm sunshine….knowing it’s likely the last warm day until spring. The mind can drift towards the dark, the cold and stark. This 80 degree late October day is my potent opportunity to live in the moment, to luxuriate in the joy of the moment.

​Yesterday the rains from the tropical storm/hurricane Ida began to fall here. The water was coded with a deep heavy sadness.
As the day flowed along, I was working with it. Noticing some of the water held the memory of the impacts of the damage done from this storm in the south, and the memories of other storms, like Katrina.
And the impacts they have on both the land and the human heart grid/human collective.
It held a deep resonant “this might be the end, are we going to survive this??” kind of energy. (Yes, the water talks, and holds the codes, the memories, the emotional impacts)
As I privately shared this with other gridworker friends yesterday, checking in, we had the PING that one of the layers that was happening was the 20th anniversary date of 9/11.
Yesterday, We were opening and beginning a massive clearing and release of another layer of the pain story, grief and emotional holding for NYC region for 9/11. Coupled with the recent USA withdrawal from Afghanistan and all that is bringing up for folks.
The storm (Ida remnants) was predicted to flow right over NYC. Those of us working together with this saw it as a purging cleansing deep renewal opportunity. This convo happened between us (our gridwork group) yesterday afternoon.
Well then, the brunt of the storm hit last night. And the sheer volume of water that poured out of the sky was beyond prediction, beyond 100 year flood status, beyond the beyond.
The weather was WILD , tornadoes, torrential rains, massive flooding.
So, this has multi dimensional effects.
And these two fold impacts are….triggering that feeling of “this might be our end” fear. So reigniting some of the pain and emotional fears and impacts (in a way like 9/11).
AND providing a deep deep deep clearing of this amazing important city.
Today as the water recedes and the sun comes out and the region dries out, let it all flow. Your tears. Your grief. Your devistaion.
It will be multi layered. Your childhood, your current pressures, your fears for the future. Your feelings of impending doom.
Any of that is welcome and able to wash away with this deep cleansing.
Much and most of the time I stay pretty quiet about the gridwork. This one is so big, so impactful for so many, and such a super deep reopening of wounds, so that they may properly heal, I decided to craft this post this morning. To assist those that might be going through it.
Also, one of the roles of gatekeepers is to go through things prior to when the collective will experience them as a larger group.
So many many of us were doing the work on 9/1 as a precursor and as a gatekeeper of the human heart grid in this region (and beyond) for what the masses will be experiencing on the 9/11 date.
We do this to prepare ourselves and the grids. We do this so we can peel away our own emotional layers so we can then be calm and presen to help others when they hit it. We do this because work of this magnitude has to happen in shifts and layers. It is beyond a one day or one week “job”.
Also, much of this hits so deep in the gut, in the heart, it can be hard to separate and filter it out when it impacts you. It has a deep guttural survival fear component. So, maybe reading these words can help you surf the waves, the floodwaters of emotion. You got this! We got this! Human spirit is strong and we rise together!
