MULTI DIMENSIONAL YOU
What does it mean to be multi-dimensional? It means to be multi layered, with many bands of frequency or “levels” of existence that you can see and operate from. Different dimensions are different bandwidths of frequency. It means you exist as and in multiple dimensions and realities simultaneously. The ancient yogis referred to these layers as sheaths or koshas, progressively subtler “bodies” all interconnected and multilayered within and around each other. Each Kosha/Sheath was associated with a different element and chakra vortex. In this way the sheaths are a map of the elements that make you YOU. The study of the Koshas is a lengthy self exploration. To inspire you in this endeavor, here are two great modern analogies – the light bulb and the expandable cup.

Popping on here to say....and remind myself/all of you.....
The eclipse window acts like a squeeze point or contraction tunnel funnel. In Fluid Mechanics we would call it a nozzle.
All the timelines get close together as they flow through the smaller diameter opening.
In this drawing closer together, we can hear/feel/sense the other timelines. There is some “bleed through”. With a bit of a feeling like they are closing in on us. Surrounding us. Because they are!!
It is more important in these nozzle moments to dial in to your highest, most joy filled love filled amazing timeline and trajectory.
Every word you say, every thought in your head, every action and offering, every particle of your attention is how you chose/vote/decide what timeline you are on/in.
Chose wisely friends!!
AND
This does not mean “be perfect or fail”. Quite the contrary. We expect and realize the mind is a busy place. The thoughts come. We can easily course correct and make a shift. If you have a low vibe thought come up...make a shift to a higher thought as a landing point.
You may let slip your lips something that is cutting or not of the highest. You can make a shift out loud too. Make a reversal, course correction and speak into existence something better/higher/lighter/more of love.
This game of life is a moment by moment game. We got this!!

There is an incredible amount of grief and sadness washing through the earth energy grids, and the human heart grids this morning. 
Specifically to my fellow east coast USA folks....that storm cleared an incredible swath of the eastern part of the continent. I’ve been gridworking with storms and storm energy for many years now. This weekend and yesterday storm field was THE MOST intense we have worked with yet. 
The water element of storm work is always working with the emotional body of the collective. It is like the water of the storm picks up, is encoded with the emotions of the people in the cities and towns along its path. This one not only was huge in the area it covered across the continent, it was infused with all the fear anger grief sadness so many are experiencing right now. 
So much was unearthed and upturned and revealed. 
The process of it was intense in itself. The emotional aftermath that many of us are experiencing this morning is also part of it. Although the sun is out here and the winds are lighter, there is an INTENSE heaviness in the air, in the heart. It is still in the process of clearing out. 
I write this for myself, and for anyone else who may be working with this energy this morning. And not quite knowing where and why this heaviness and deep grief and sadness is around this morning. 
It is not just you. It is “ok” to feel it deeply. Tears will flow. Breaking points will be reached. Many many of us are. It will be integrating and moving along all day today. Be gentle with yourself. 
We got this!!

The Air element expresses itself as self love, self acceptance, being at home in your skin

Light codes are information and energy transmissions.  Light is information. It is knowledge.  It is a stream of photons, bundles of energy.  It is a wave, a flow, a river of data through time and space. Light is the subtle aspect of an electrical field intertwined with a magnetic field, flowing through time and space.
 
We get light codes daily from the sun.  We get light codes reflected off the moon, off the waters and clouds.  From raindrops and rainbows.  From the stars and planets.  There are particular astronomical alignments that place the earth in just the perfect way to receive light code transmissions from within our solar system, from other stars in our Milky Way galaxy, and from further away - near and distant star systems and galaxies.
 
Light Codes are transmit in sacred geometric shapes and structures.  As colors, the full spectrum.  Like Morse Code – light is bundled flashes and blips and dots and dashes. 
 
Light Codes bypass the human mind, and flow directly into the light body.  Light Codes communicate directly to the crystalline structures of your body, and to the core of your cells to your DNA, via bio-photons.
 
Light Codes are also referred to as Light Language. 
 
Light Language is a multi sensory multi dimensional language.   It is a written language, via high transmission prose or poetry.  Some folks use script language and squiggly lines or symbols to convey what they hear from the light.  It can come in the form of movement – some folks speak light language with their hands or body. Sun light through the wind blown tree branches, off the ripples of water on a lake or ocean is dancing light language codes.  Some folks speak light language with their mouths, in tones and sounds and songs. The Sun and Stars are the primary transmitters of Light.  When you use Light Language, you are using the Language of the Sun and Stars.  It is direct, and needs no human “translation”.  It is also inspiring and activating to see, hear and process light language codes.  Pure Source Light.  Encoded.

Your light body is your soul light, soul body. 
The YOU inside of YOU, that shines out into the world.
The light body is your joy, your radiance, your luminous self, your life force. 

Activating your light body, infuses your form with a kind of light that is self sustaining. 
That emanates from deep within.
It puts a spring in your step, it raises your mood and lifts your spirits. 
It brings you inspiration and liveliness.
As Yoda said, “luminous Beings are we, not this crude matter”
 
Your light body is
     Effervescence
     Joy
     Radiance
     Flowing Energy
     Inspiration
     Knowledge
 
What lights you up??
What excites you?
What makes you feel joyfully alive?
What lifts your mood when you are feeling dark?
What guides your way?
These are things that feed and nourish your light body.

You are a multi-dimensional being.
You are human embodied, form of earth.
You are also so much more…
 
You are a field of energy
You are made of living light
All the information of your body mind soul field is vibration and energy
 
The frequencies of life are encoded in your DNA
Your DNA transmits and receives light codes via bio-photons
 
Your LightBody is projected by your DNA
Your LightBody is your holographic reality
You create and recreate your own reality every day, every moment via your light body.

Light Bulb
Imagine yourself as this light bulb.

​Your light is like your sixth sense.
It is what allows you to see, through all time and space.
 
The 5 base elements of life are
Earth Water Fire Air Space/Ether
Light is the 6th Element
 
In a light bulb:
The earth is the wire, the housing, the tangible physical parts
The water is the current that flows through the earth parts (the wire)
The fire is the heat that is generated by this flow
The air is the magnetic field that the current flow produces
The space is the glass, that contains and holds the whole thing
The Light – is what shines forth from the bulb, it is the luminous part – the sixth element or feature.

In short, your light body is the radiant part of you that is joyful, and delighted to be alive.  Activating and Illuminating Your Light Body is a way to play the game of life with deLIGHT, joy and happiness.  Isn’t that what we all want? To be happy, to be in free flow of life?

​You As Light Bulb
A light bulb can provide a working means of multi dimensional mapping.
Each kosha or elemental sheath can be described as parts of the light bulb and associated with a building block element of life (earth, water, fire, air, ether).
 
EARTH: The tangible parts (the metal parts and housing, the wire)
 
WATER: The electricity running through the wires, the flow
 
FIRE: The heat that is produced by this electron flow
 
AIR: The atmosphere/air inside/field of influence – the magnetic field the flow produces
 
SPACE/ETHER: The glass bulb housing - what contains and holds
 
LIGHT: The light that emanates from this is you, your soul light
 
You as light bulb exist as all of these parts simultaneously.  You cannot isolate or individuate one as “you”, and your makeup is all of them at once.  Sum of parts make your whole.

You as Expandable Cup 
Have you ever used a collapsible fold up camping cup?  It looks like the above image.
You can think of each of the rings as one of your “sheaths”.  You need all of your layers or rings to make it so that you hold the liquid (the prana, the life-force, the liquid light).
Concentric “Rings” that hold your experience and being-ness.  You need all of these layers to be complete, you cannot be just one layer or ring at a time, as all of your liquid/life force would drain away and spill. 
 
You are in the EARTH plane – you have a body, you have tangible form, you are solid and structured.
 
You exist in the flow state – you are like WATER, like Liquid, you move and flow through time and space, your emotions are energy in motion.  You feel, you sense, you experience through your senses.
 
You are FIRE light and color, spark and movement.  Heat, friction that the movement of the flow state produces.
 
You are AIR – magnetics of your breath, your lungs and heart beat.  You are magnetic fields within magnetic fields, torus within torus. 
 
You are SPACE/ETHER – you contain and hold all.  You are created by sound, you are the song of life, and musical notes of the universe. 
 
You are LIGHT – you are Soul, you are YOU, your light emanates and shines, you are joy.

Embodier who uses their physical body as an awareness feedback “mechanism” or reference point mandala map to work with the grid system of the earth planetary body.

Having an deep connection and feeling sense of the earth planetary body in your physical human body.
I emerged from a connect in meditation moment with this phrase this morning. 
Geosentient
We are “keenly attuned to the natural world and all of the Earth’s changes. The beauty of a waterfall can exhilarate and energize....How do you know if you are an earth sentient? You are highly sensitive to intuiting the Earth’s changes in your body. Sensually and energetically, you can feel the power of a thunderstorm, the loveliness of the moon, the warmth of the sun on your shoulders. What happens to the Earth is intimately connected to your body. The beauty and health of the earth nourishes and sustains you. The ocean and tides affect everyone, but especially you. The moon and the tide regulate menstrual cycles in women and sleep-wake cycles for both genders. You are sensitive to weather changes and the amount of daylight.
The earth, its elements, and the universe feel like family. The moon and stars are beloved companions. Since childhood, I’ve looked up at the sky and felt that my true home was there.”

Tune Your Field to Reflect the Earth
You make the intention to feel your sensations in relation to planet earth. Then, your sensory field is attuned to this. All the sensations you feel and notice are a feedback mechanism to explore the earth and earth energy grids. You can use your body and field as a mandala.
A mandala is map, a symbol, a representation of the universe through space and time. You can employ a mandala as a tangible tool to connect with and access the energy of something. 
You can use the sphere, the torus of your field as a way to tune in to the universe, to another human, to the planet, to anything. Just as a reflexologist would use the reflex map of your foot to access the entire body, you can use your awareness field as a mandala – as a embodiend “map”.
A mandala is a “geometric figure representing the universe”. It is a “spiritual or ritual geometric configuration of symbols or a map”, “a cosmic diagram that shows us our relation to the infinite, the world that extends beyond and within our minds and bodies.” In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.
Carl Jung described this process is that of the ascending spiral, which grows upward while simultaneously returning again and again to the same point. Creating mandalas helps stabilize, integrate, and re-order inner life.
According to the psychologist David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one "to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.”
