BUILDING THE RAINBOW BRIDGE
I had the great pleasure of studying deeply and dancing in shamanic ceremony with Brooke Medicine Eagle in person, on many fabulous occasions during my "formative years" in 1999-2004. Both on the land here in New England (Massachusetts and Vermont) and on her home land of Montana.
Working with reverence and honor, for the Earth, and for all creatures living on it, with all the elements and Walking the Path of Beauty. Shamanic Journeys, Vision Quests, and deep felt inner explorations with her included the first time I heard about THE RAINBOW BRIDGE. I was working and studying with her extensively when she published her second book, and as
I renew my own Inner Creation and work this week building and re-building a re-newed level of myself as THE RAINBOW BRIDGE, I recall, re-read and share with you this excerpt from her book....
"The Rainbow Bridge to a Renewed Earth
(from The Last Ghost Dance: A Guide for Earth Mages by Brooke Medicine Eagle)
All of us alive on Lady Gaia at this time have the opportunity to be an active part of the Rainbow of Light that creates the bridge into a new and Golden Time for All Our Relations and us. At this point in human history, we have the opportunity to literally bring Heaven to Earth. Our ability to visualize and believe that it is possible for us to lift ourselves up, to pick up the profound work of our Earthly ancestors and move responsibly into our own piece of the action, and to fully embody Spirit is what will make this ascension possible. The exciting part is that we have the opportunity to complete something Mother Earth and humanity have been working on for aeons.
The Rainbow Bridge to a renewed Earth was first shown to me in a vision given me by White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman, the mysterious holy woman who came many generations ago to a small group of Lakota people, bringing the Sacred Pipe that represents the Oneness and holiness of the Circle of Life. She, whose name is often shortened to White Buffalo Woman, has been an inner guide and teacher to me and to many others of this generation, as her wisdom invites us to walk in a sacred manner on Earth, honoring All Things, not only as our family, but literally as part of our wholeness.
This particular time, she took me to stand at the edge of an enormous chasm made of black, shiny stone and asked me to look around. Looking across the gap, I saw a sight that thrilled my heart. On the other side was a radiantly golden world. Everything had an iridescent aura, like we sometimes see on a spring morning after rain when the dew picks up the many-colored light. There were people and animals there on a broad, flowering plain under crystal snowcapped peaks—with no sound but a soft breeze and happy laughter. Out of the sacred groves of enormous trees on the hillsides came rushing pure, clear water. Children and young animals played there together, splashing and laughing and drinking the water without fear. Two-leggeds went about peacefully and joyfully, developing and exchanging their gifts and talents, taking in the radiant energy for nourishment and nibbling for their sweet taste the fruits and plants that grew about them in profusion. Happy songs of birds and people and the calls of contented animals echoed across. It was a glorious place—a golden dream for us and All Our Relations. I yearned to go there.
Then I turned to look behind me and was aghast at what I saw. There was smog on the horizon and acridness in the air, which I could see was harming all the living things upon which it settled, for everything had a dull, gray hue. There was arguing and fighting and warring, repression and prejudice, with everyone grasping what they could for themselves while snarling at others. Noise—screeching and pounding and roaring—filled the air. The scream of chain saws bespoke cutting the precious trees on the hills. Everything possible was being eaten, which made the people heavy yet did not nourish them. The lost, homeless, dispossessed, and sick lay all about, with many dying at the feet of those who hurried past. People wandered about, seeming alone and frightened even among their own kind. The deep hunger and need and grief of all filled the air.
I wanted desperately to get to the radiant life on the other side of the chasm. Yet as I leaned cautiously to peer over the edge, I could not see the bottom: the dark, slick rock dropped out of sight in the mist on both sides. The gap was much too wide to jump, and I had no other means to cross. A wailing cry erupted from my throat as I realized I could not get there.
All the while, White Buffalo Woman had stood beside me. Now she looked at me with compassion and said,
"The bridge upon which you will cross into that beautiful life on a renewed and flowering Earth will be a bridge of light." Then she sent from within herself a rainbow of light that jumped across the chasm to rest on the other side. "To make a bridge, the light must become a rainbow. It is the only way!"
I looked at her, still in desperation, because I did not know how to make a rainbow.
"To make a rainbow, all colors of light must be included. None can be left out, or there will be no bridge." And she went on to help me understand the deeper meaning of this symbol she had given me: "When I say 'all colors,' I am referring to all things, all peoples, all beings. None can be left out. You must walk a sacred walk, acknowledging, honoring, respecting, communing, and cooperating with all things and beings in the Circle of Life. No one, nothing, can be left behind. You must live a life of inclusiveness, union, and sharing—letting the Light of Love flow freely among you. When all are included in a good way, the discordant song will become harmony and the light will automatically become a rainbow. Thus, all of you who are alive become the rainbow Upon which the generations cross into this new and Golden Time.
The rainbow also represents another aspect of our movement into this new time: lightening up! It reminds you that you will find joy and happiness by creating them through singing, dancing, and celebrating together in gratefulness for the beauty Creator has given. You must release your heaviness and those things that burden you— lifting your attitude, practice, and vibration to a higher level. You must let what you love and what brings joy call you forward from moment to moment, for in no way can you bring this radiant time by doing things that displease or deenergize you. Rather than working for it, you must dance your lives as the old ones did. Nurturing ceremony and joyful celebration will be not only the hallmarks but also the means into this wonderful future."
This vision, which affected me so poignantly then, still calls to me deeply. That iridescent scene of a renewed Earth beckons me every day of my life. I seek to unroll that dream before me as I walk, as one would lay out a beautiful carpet. Having stepped forward, I realize that the polluted scene lives within me as well as outside of me, and that, for me, awakening the dream into reality means cleansing myself of the attitudes, beliefs, and actions that comprise it, in order that I may invite others to do the same.
I also realize that the beautiful, iridescent place already exists on a certain plane of reality. It is the gift Creator has offered us from the beginning of time, if we will only cleanse the smog from our eyes and choose that sacred path.
Now, another vision has joined this one—a vision of another Rainbow, half of which has already been created and sent forth. During the time of European expansion and aggressive conquering of the Americas, Father Spirit sent a Messianic vision of this radiant land on "the other side" to a succession of tribal people, the most famous of whom was a Paiute named Wovoka, who shared it with the natives far and wide. They were shown a radiant life similar to that which White Buffalo Woman opened before me. Their visions came over a four-hundred-year period when subjugation, decimation, and finally genocide were taking place among American native peoples. The white man's greed for land and wealth was laying waste to the native tribes. Their lives were shattered, their homelands ravaged, the buffalo slaughtered and rotting in the sun, their families murdered, their dreams broken.
These radiant visions, and the Christ figure known as Dawn Star who brought them, gave the ravaged people renewed hope, offering them a way to re-create an even more beautiful life. Through the Spirit Dance they had been given, they would bring to life their golden dream. Their murdered relatives would walk again on green and flowering land; all that was destroyed would be made whole. It was to be a new world in which Earth and spirit are as one. So in the latter days, they made the shirts shown in Wovoka's vision, using what little leather was left or flour sacks from the meager rations given them on the new reservations; and they circled in the entrancing dance that was shown them. They called upon their loved ones, so many hundreds now on the side of Spirit, to lift them up into this radiant dream. They danced that golden dream into the ground, set it into the reality of the Earth plane, made their half of the Rainbow. Then even that dream was shattered. At Wounded Knee, innocent, peaceful people of the Ghost Dance were murdered by the cavalry because the fearful white nation did not see the peaceful, beautiful dream that could unfold from it.
Those dancers lifted into Spirit, to hold their half of the Rainbow until we of the present human generation could awaken and dance the other half into the ground of reality in this world. The vision White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman gave me is the same vision; it has been given into the hearts and minds of many of this generation—it is alive and well. The Ancient Ones and native peoples have known and held these powerful dreams down through time. Although they seem to fade with our attention on other things, a fine, strong thread connects us to them. Our present task is to draw their essence forth and to weave a web of beauty upon which to dance our lives."

Fairy Queen of the Woods
Ladyslipper, Venus' Shoes
I had a magical sublime morning woods walk the other day, where I was greeted by a large stand of Lady Slippers. In my area, these special flowers are endangered, protected and a rare sighting. I have NEVER seen a full field of them like I did on this day. Usually there are on or maybe two together. They are elusive. An encounter is rare and special. After my own sighting, and posting a picture on Facebook, I had so many friends contact me with similar sightings. So many people have seen LadySlippers this June around here! And many have commented on how many there were together, unusually high numbers.
I have been doing a bit of research about why or how this is happening this spring. Was it the long cool wet season we had that made just the right conditions? Maybe. But you know me, I like to dig a bit deeper and uncover any spiritual or energetic significance as well. When I saw my field of pink beauties, I had an immediate stellar feeling. Like they were a constellation, like the Pleiades or Seven Sisters. Like they were a sign or a message for me somehow.
The art and skillset of reading the signs is called decoding. Reading and interpreting the codes, the signs you are presented with on your path is a huge exciting thing. Following that proverbial trail of breadcrumbs is an exciting adventure.
The color and the shape and the overall signature of the Ladyslipper is certainly reminiscent of Venus. The juicy lush rich pink of the goddess. Since we are in a strong time of Venus Codes and in an important layer of the 8 year Venus synodic cycles (layers of 8, 13, 584 and 5 - pentagram as Venus dances with the sun and earth) - I had a contemplation, a feeling sense that maybe the strong showing of the Ladyslipper this spring was associated with the Venus energy.
How do I confirm or "back up" an inner knowing and a hunch like this? With a little online research, I had a jaw drop amazed confirmation moment yesterday.
Another name for Ladyslipper Flower is Venus' Shoes.
Well alright alright....how much more of a confirmation would I need than THAT?? Woo Hoo!
Cypripedium reginae, known as the showy lady's slipper, pink-and-white lady's-slipper, or the queen's lady's-slipper, is a rare lady's-slipper orchid native to northern North America. Although never common, this plant has vanished from much of its historical range due to habitat loss.
Names: The genus Cypripedium is derived from several Greek words that mean "Venus's shoe" - the slipper. The species name reginae is Latin for "of a queen". Common names also include fairy queen, white wing moccasin, royal lady's slipper, nervine, and silver-slipper.
"The greatest prize of the swamp is our state flower, the showy Cypripedium, the pink and white Lady’s-slipper, a member of the orchid family. No flower, wild or cultivated, is more magnificent than this. The plant is the tallest of the genus and has the broadest leaves and the largest and most beautifully tinted flowers, often bearing two on one stalk. Only North American Indian ladies wear slippers of this style, and the precise always call them moccasins. Goddesses, also, must have approved of this kind of footgear, for the scientific name, Cypripedium, means Venus’ shoes." Published June 18, 1911, Sunday Minneapolis Tribune
A Native Legend - A Chippewa brave had a beautiful sister who always wanted to go along on hunting trips with him. He always refused and if she followed he would send her back. At last, as he was leaving on a lengthy trip, she hid on the trail until he was out of sight, then she followed. In the woods she became lost and could not find her way back. When her brother returned, he and the village set out on a search for her. Villagers started fires to send smoke signals, but a strong wind fanned the flames into the woods and burned a large area, including where the maiden was lost.
When spring came and the snow melted the people found a new flower of pink and white on the hill side, shaped like a shoe or moccasin. The flowers led in a path into to the woods where the remains of the maiden were found. Where ever she had stepped, a flower had formed and they have continued to bloom since.
Thank you sweet Ladyslipper for showing me so much! You are pure magic and delight! Fairy Queen INDEED!! I am off to go frolic in the woods and encounter more...if they so chose to bestow upon me their grace.
The Feathered Serpent ReAwakens
On Monday, May 25, a dear friend and fellow gridworker sent me this photograph. My immediate full field reaction was Quetzalcoatl !!! I myself had a close encounter of the communicative kind with a snake (or two) in my garden over the weekend. Either I had multiple snakes in my yard, or this one snake basically followed me around for several hours. He had a LOT to say to us. It was a Parseltounge moment for sure! We also saw the snake stalk, creep up on and swallow a HUGE nightcrawler worm whole. It was equally horrifying as it was amazing. The thing was like a third of the size of the snake. Gulp, down the hatch. This encounter, coupled with my friend’s light encoded light being in the clouds photo was a double sign, double confirmation. This is how we teamwork and download info and encoded wisdom from the Living Library of Light!
Now, I have heard of this being Quetzalcoatl, and vaguely knew he was from stories from Central America and Mexico but did not know much more. Was he a bird turned into a snake? I quickly started receiving downloads on Quetzalcoatl, both energetic and light code info directly from source, and via some online research and reading. Yesterday the pieces all wove themselves together….and I want to share the intel with you!
Points of my reading that grabbed my attention…
The Feathered Serpent. The Rainbow. The Association with Venus. The tale of the two brothers, one as the Evening Star and one as the Morning Star. That Quetzalcoatl is the gatekeeper and conductor of Venus, as the planet transitions from a period of many months’ time being an evening star, bright in the night sky. To a period of us on earth not being able to see Venus. When Venus is “consumed” by the sun, when they are aligned in the same spot in the sky, also knows as a conjunction. Then Venus emerges as the Dawn Star. Many sacred temples in Mexico and Central America are aligned to the setting and rising cycles of Venus. There is power and importance here!
The sacred site Teotihuacan, an ancient Mesoamerican city, on the outskirts of modern Mexico City, has a temple dedicated to Quetzalcoatl – the Feathered Serpent Pyramid.
I reached out to another grid worker friend who has spent time in person grid working at many sites in Mexico. She confirmed and added puzzle pieces to the Teotihuacan and Feathered Serpent awakening story. We also noticed the lines of flow that run from the Feathered Serpent Pyramid, up through North America, to Niagara Falls, through the snake effigy rich fertile Ohio Valley, along the rivers. Niagara Falls was where this first picture was captured.
The Snake effigy mounds in Ohio and the central plains of North America are all heavily involved in this current reawakening too. I saw the line of awakening light beam from the Feathered Serpent Pyramid site, up through the Arkansas crystal beds, up the side river valley towards the great lakes, in and through Ohio, and on up the way to Buffalo and beyond. There were many other rays and beams activating as well. The underground inner earth space energies are flowing so strong right now!!
And VENUS. Venus is in the glare of the sun, and is in full conjunction, it’s orbital path passing between the earth and the sun on June 3, 2020.

Embodier who uses their physical body as an awareness feedback “mechanism” or reference point mandala map to work with the grid system of the earth planetary body.
Is this you too???
Having an deep connection and feeling sense of the earth planetary body in your physical human body.
I emerged from a connect in meditation moment with this phrase this morning.
We are “keenly attuned to the natural world and all of the Earth’s changes. The beauty of a waterfall can exhilarate and energize....How do you know if you are an earth sentient? You are highly sensitive to intuiting the Earth’s changes in your body. Sensually and energetically, you can feel the power of a thunderstorm, the loveliness of the moon, the warmth of the sun on your shoulders. What happens to the Earth is intimately connected to your body. The beauty and health of the earth nourishes and sustains you. The ocean and tides affect everyone, but especially you. The moon and the tide regulate menstrual cycles in women and sleep-wake cycles for both genders. You are sensitive to weather changes and the amount of daylight.
The earth, its elements, and the universe feel like family. The moon and stars are beloved companions. Since childhood, I’ve looked up at the sky and felt that my true home was there.”
~above quoted from Dr Judith Orloff (with some Julie edits)
Here is a “how to” guide on working this for gridworkers (from my Inner Space blog archives September 2019)
Tune Your Field to Reflect the Earth
You make the intention to feel your sensations in relation to planet earth. Then, your sensory field is attuned to this. All the sensations you feel and notice are a feedback mechanism to explore the earth and earth energy grids. You can use your body and field as a mandala.
A mandala is map, a symbol, a representation of the universe through space and time. You can employ a mandala as a tangible tool to connect with and access the energy of something.
You can use the sphere, the torus of your field as a way to tune in to the universe, to another human, to the planet, to anything. Just as a reflexologist would use the reflex map of your foot to access the entire body, you can use your awareness field as a mandala – as a embodiend “map”.
A mandala is a “geometric figure representing the universe”. It is a “spiritual or ritual geometric configuration of symbols or a map”, “a cosmic diagram that shows us our relation to the infinite, the world that extends beyond and within our minds and bodies.” In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.
Carl Jung described this process is that of the ascending spiral, which grows upward while simultaneously returning again and again to the same point. Creating mandalas helps stabilize, integrate, and re-order inner life.
According to the psychologist David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one "to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.”

Stargate Opening February 1 & 2, 2020
On February 1st and 2nd, we are “gated” by two spectacular stellar risings, one just before Sunrise, one just after Sunset. The Eagle rises just before dawn (around 5:30 am EST). The Eagle Nebula (Messier Object 16) along with Aquila, the Eagle Constellation. At 5:30 pm EST, Monoceros, the Unicorn Constellation rises in the east. These stellar bookmarks sandwich a day which is already potent in earth keeper ceremony and significance. February 1st, Cross Quarter holiday.
We have reached the cross quarter holiday!! Could you feel it yesterday? The light from the sun was extra bright, extra luminous. The night sky also was “extra texture” with the star light.
The solstice and equinox divide the year into 4 “quarters” or season. Delineated by June and December Solstices, March and September equinoxes. The halfway point between a solstice and an equinox is called the Cross Quarter day. February 1, May 1, August 1, Nov 1. All Powerful days of earth keepers and earth based traditions. The Celts called this time we are in Imbolic. You can feel it in the sun light, in the air, how we have reached a tipping point to spring! (or toward winter southern hemisphere friends)
I had a particularly potent and powerful sacred time in Andara Light Meditation yesterday morning. We have had a stretch of cloudy weather, and the blue sky bright sun morning was so welcome. I nestled into my “crystal chamber” and got to communing and tuning in with my andara team. They asked to be gridded and rearranged. One grid was for Unicorns. Very pink and brown and clear and rainbow (did not snap a pic of that one). Then I was rearranging and cleaning and the root beer browns wanted a grid display too. I set it all up and then sat in meditation….and kept hearing….”The Eagle and the Unicorn”. And my mind would go, do you mean Eagle and the Condor? Nope, kept getting “Eagle and the Unicorn”. Ok.
Was in an eye closed section of contemplation, and then opened my eyes to THIS
Spent some more connecting time, to the light, and reading and tuning into these light codes.
I heard again "The Eagle and the Unicorn" and then “the Four Pillars of Creation”. Huh, interesting….that phrase…the four pillars has come up several times this week. In a session at Inner Space, in connection to Egyptian temples and obelisks. I had been nudged to dive deeper into this meaning. The Four Pillars. I decided to do some intuitive online research and searching around….and saw a page about The Eagle Nebula. Ding Ding. And the Pillars of Creation. Ding Ding Ding Ding. Well, that’s a match.
Often with I get “Eagle” my mind goes towards Aquila – the Eagle/Hawk Constellation. We are “Star buddies”. Me and Altair and Aquila. But this was a new angle. And just look at the picture of this amazing active rich star producing region:
It looks like this Andara crystal that was shining out the eagle holographs today as well. I then opened my Star App to investigate further. TO check the alignments of this nebula, M16 – Eagle Nebula. I scanned through to see when it rose, as I woke up well before dawn this morning, and often get called awake by stars during the night when they want to communicate. Lo and behold, this time was when the Eagles (BOTH nebula and constellation) were rising in my eastern sky. Good Morning!
Following the inner voice of guidance for “the Eagle and the Unicorn” it is time for “The Eagle and the Unicorn”….I decided to look up another star friend….Monoceros, The Unicorn Constellation. Well, now…Monoceros rises just after sunset here, bookending this glorious light encoded day.
The Eagle and The Unicorn indeed!
Happy February Friends.
May the light guide your way!!
PS - We even have a theme song ;-)
Orion has been very prominent in our evening sky! He has been speaking loudly this season to me, and I have been doing lots of research on the indigenous cultures and their star lore and constellations.
Orion takes Sasquatch form among the tribes of Ontario, Canada. In Anishinabe (Ojibway) and Cree, he has several names; Nanabush Anung, Wesakaychack, Misabe, and Mistapiw, all of which loosely translate to the Giant. They say he is a teacher, but also a trickster and shapeshifter; often taking the form of a furry giant.
Orion is “The Giant One” - with lots of interpretations, including Wesakechak, The ShapeShifting Trickster, as well as The Tall Giant & Sasquatch
“Wesakechak is a trickster and stories begin, move forward and end with him. Stories about Wesakechak are to be told only in the winter when he stands tall in the sky. Today we call that constellation Orion. In the Ininewuk or Cree language, he’s called Mistapiw, also translated as the Giant. The stories of Wesakechak are tales about a shape shifter who can be a big furry creature or sometimes are rock or small animal. He teaches through his mistakes and many of his stories are very funny. “
There's more than one way to see the constellations. Here's a look through Native American eyes.
Biboonkeonini, The Wintermaker (also known to us as Orion)
“We know and love the traditional constellations. Many of us have formed lifelong associations with their seasonal arrivals and departures. But sometimes it's nice to switch lenses and see how others see the sky. It's not only fun to connect the dots to make new patterns; at the same time, we broaden our understanding of another culture. No matter Greek, Polynesian, Chinese, or Ojibwe, each civilization imbues the starry heavens with their own unique vision of life. Instructive stories, moral guidance, and lessons in human fallibility have been heaped upon the stars for you and I to ponder on the next clear night.”
Light Body Activation: The Sweet Andara Way
I have been hearing (from deep inside) the calling to assist folks everywhere to “Activate The Light Body”. To support that, I have been sharing about light codes, and solar rays and source codes. A sweet simple way to understand your Light Body…it is the part of you that is luminous. That radiates – joy – love – enthusiasm – and light. If it puts a smile on your face. If it brings you inner joy and excitement. If it makes you feel giddy like a child. That is something helping you to raise your vibration. That is something with an ascending frequency.
Light on our planet comes mostly from the SUN. The Solar Rays are Source Light, Source Codes for all life on our planet. Whether you call it Chi or Ki or Prana or The Force, this all pervading Energy of Life is what flows through the universe as the animation and creation force.
Preparing the vessel of your body to be able to house more light, more energy is the pursuit of many disciplines (yoga, qi gong, spending time in nature, walking, etc). If you are reading this, then embodying radiance, health, longevity and high vibe energy is something important to you.
Myself I have walked many paths finding ways to elevate my consciousness, raise my vibration, conduct and anchor light into my own human energy field, as well as the energy field of Planet Earth. The current way to play that brings the biggest brightest smile to my face is playing, living with and loving Andara Crystals.
They crystalize the light rays and light codes in a playful beautiful way. These crystals are embodied light beings, sentient and amazing to work with. Gazing at the beauty of each image is an activation in itself. Andara Crystals do many and are many things. I am going to be sharing more and more with you over the next few weeks about these amazing beings.
For today, I leave you with a few pictures. May they put a smile on your face, elevate your vibration and make this day more flowy and awesome for YOU!
How to Design Your Own Ceremony or Ritual
A dear friend asked me if I had any advice about doing something special and significant for this weekend’s Full Moon Eclipse. I sure do have some methods and suggestions I would be delighted to share. It is such a good question, I wanted to share the answer publicly.
The primary thing about designing your personal ceremony is Empowerment. Whatever you do, whatever you create is is perfectly perfect and an expression of your unique needs for the moment. Authentic ceremony looks different every time. It is your intention, the energy and meaning you put behind it that are important. The outward expression is simply a token of your Inner Space.
The kind of ceremony you chose depends on where you are, who you are with, what tools and resources you have available, and in what kind of weather and climate you find yourself. Some tried and true expressions of ceremony are:
Earth – Use a crystal or some stones, sand, leaves. Build an altar or dedicate a sacred shelf or ledge.
Water – take a bath, place a bowl of water under the moonlight to charge, make sun tea or moon tea to drink, charge some water with your energy, intention or a crystal, run a fountain
Fire – light a candle, build a bonfire, light the wood stove, string up lights. Create some art, infuse some beauty to feast on with your eyes, hang a tapestry or painting. Make beauty.
Air – breathe with the natural world around you, get outside or open a window, breathe to connect yourself to the heart of the universe, through your own heart and lungs, use a heart entrainment exercise (Hold a feeling of gratitude or love or abundance or whatever you want to call in in your spiritual heart space. Keep infusing that feeling into your heart space and into your heart torus magnetic field. Invite all of the cells of your body to entrain/attune to this vibration.
Space – Inner Space – connect to your deepest longings, intentions, heart and soul desires. Dream big, and include all the lofty grandiose ideas. Outer Space - Place yourself carefully – mind your surroundings. Chose a spot that is safe, cozy and receptive to your needs. Use astronomical alignments to create a powerful alignment with the cosmos (like full or new moons, solstices and equinoxes, eclipses, planetary or cosmic alignments).
For this particular Full Moon Lunar Eclipse – it feels like the energies are preparing us for BIG CHANGES and UPGRADES.
A lunar eclipse brings the earth right in between the moon and sun. In fact, the shadow we see on the moon is cast by the earth. If we use the metaphor that the sun is our spark, our currency of energy. The moon is our deep inner reflection, the feelings of our heart and soul. The earth is our daily structure – of schedule, of mindset, of things we do often. This eclipse is asking us….what “earth things” are overshadowing the inner longings of your heart and soul? What daily patterns or habits keep you from using your time for self care? What mindsets or repeating thoughts do you have about yourself that are creating limitation?
Create a ceremony or ritual for yourself, that examines your shadow, that delves deep into your Inner Space, that honors who you are, how magnificent and powerful you are. It can be as simple as lighting a candle and sitting for one minute in reflection. It can be elaborate dance around the fire. It can be constructing an altar or building a crystal grid. Let your creativity flow.
For my local friends, we may spend this eclipse shoveling ice chunks falling from the sky. It all works!
Tales of Unicorns, Rainbows and Star Lineages
One cold clear December night, I was lured out to my front yard by the magical light of the stars. This is an often occurrence for me. Since early childhood, the light of the stars has been so captivating and uplifting to me. I would get fluttery feelings in my heart and belly and find myself brimming with excitement. It still happens like that.
So, this early December night last year in 2017, I went out bundled up to gaze up at the night sky. This night I was gifted with quite a star show. Sirius was in full luminosity, twinkling and dancing like a rainbow disco ball. Procyon was beaming at me. The familiar shape of Orion was large and in charge of the southeast portion of the sky. And, then, the black night sky between them started to glitter and glimmer. Like a flash of on again off again flirtatious light. I stayed out as long as the cold would allow, and when I came back into the warm house I grabbed my phone, on which I had an app that helped me identify stars, planets and constellations. Right in the spot that I had seen the light show, the star twinkle show, the star map showed the constellation Monoceros. Having never heard of that one, I investigated further.
Monoceros is The Unicorn. Hold the star phone – the unicorn has it’s own constellation?? Sweet!! How could I not yet know this?? I have some research and work to do!
I went out on a few subsequent nights to view it again, and there it was, that twinkling glowing pulsing part of the sky. Thing was, the experts who populate the sky finder app claim that the things I was seeing could not be visible to the human eye (without a telescope). But I was seeing it for sure for real. The spot that was glowing and pulsing was (according to sky charts) right at the horn of the unicorn. A dim star
Doing some deeper research, I found that this was the location of the brightest star in this constellation, S Monoceros, and the Christmas Tree Cluster, and the Cone Nebulae. Upon hearing even the names and the NGC designation NGC 2264, I had a deep sense of familiarity and inner knowing.
A cascade of info started pouring my way, and I was making many layered personal connections to both the numbers and the system. One example, the family “lore” my parents told say I was a Christmas baby, conceived on Christmas Eve (like many of us born at the end of September).
I had an instant and powerfully strong sense of knowing that this star system was a home base for me.
Deepening the connection and communication to my star family was something that had been of interest to me for several years, so this night I describe was the culmination of open hearted and open mind and soul work.
Unicorns had been making themselves more known to me also throughout the year. And this seemed quite significant. I had also been receiving a lot of light codes and direct knowing info from the Gold Ray, a huge download of info during Summer Solstice from the Gold Ray and some significant info now coming for the winter solstice from the Silver Ray.
I use Andaras to bring in and work with Star Codes and Light Rays (star codes are the light codes that come from stars and celestial bodies, see here for more info on light codes).
For my own Christmas gift, I purchased a gold and a silver (clear) andara to work with.
Here is a photo from Dec 26, 2017 – my first day playing and activating these beauties.
Several weeks later, mid January, was doing some yoga meditating movement alignment goodness, and a fully formed light being rainbow unicorn galloped out of this crystal into my room. It was a wowza moment
This is a pic from that day. Can you see her/him?
So, I tell you these tales today, as inspiration for your own personal journey of connections. Your lineages and communications and pathways will be unique to you. We all call in different lineages and team mates.
If you want to hear directly from the stars, the process is magically simple. Go outside, be present. Be open. BE connected to your own soul center and use your innate skill of direct knowing. Listen, with your multi dimensional sensory system. The light from the stars delivers the codes directly to you. And then the info unfolds for months and years, and your "job" is to make space inside yourself to listen and receive.
