Using yoga as a tool of self healing means listening to the wisdom of nature, tuning into the cycles and lessons of the seasons. Seasonal changes are a "reset time" for both the earth and for you! Spring energy is all about starting again, renewing and rebirth. After the quiet inward time winter allows, we get to bloom forth with life, with renewed energy, with a new direction.
Honoring this seasonal shift with a special Spring Healing Yoga session allows you to reset your body and mind to begin anew, to establish your balance point. This time together will include vibrational healing, renewal thru guided visualizations, joyful movement to lubricate and nourish your body.
Inner Space Spring Healing Yoga sessions are offered this weekend on Friday March 18 at 12:30 pm, Sunday March 20 at 4:30 pm and Monday March 21 at 6 pm. Each session is 90 minutes. Chose one time slot that works for your schedule. These sessions are small personalized group yoga healing, so class size is limited to 6 people. You must reserve your space ahead of time.
