Along the Charles River…Clearing the Marathon Trauma Paths…Boston Strong in LIGHT This last week was a very heavy energetic one. I kept waking up with a sense of imposing dread. And deep sadness. And a deep underlying feeling of “things are not ok” that left me on edge in a way that is very atypical and unusual for me. I have learned the importance of setting my vibrational reality every day, and making sure I watch my words and thoughts as they are creative flow. I was using my usual techniques of clearing and resetting my energy field, and that heavy feeling lingered. So, that often/always for me means that I am tapping into something for the human collective consciousness. That there was a “big thing” happening that was way more than just me. If we are friends on Facebook you might have seen the post I put up Tuesday morning about it. (and, if we are not Facebook friends, we should be, I share a lot there, find me at Julie Dhara Roberts). I have started sharing more and more here about my Gridworking, which is working with the energy fields and energy grids of the planet. Just like your human body energy field is multi dimensional (with magnetic ley lines and crystalline and plasma and light grids) the earth has an energy field, and we who are stewards and guardians and lovers of planet earth can actively work with the planetary energy system to increase flow and raise the vibration. One of the layers we work with regularly are the emotions. Emotion is energy in motion. Your emotions (also called the emotional body) are a direct access panel to working with your energy field. So, back the the heavy vibe from last week…I had an exciting “adventure” planned on Wednesday night, going in to Boston to see one of my favorite live musicians. While this used to be something I could do on the regular, my radius of going out at night is quite small right now as a mom to small kids. So this was a big exciting deal. When tuning in with the heavy stuck energy quality I was experiencing Wednesday morning, I gleaned the knowing that what I was feeling was a precursor and indicator of work with the human emotional collective body. And this whole trip was going to be a powerful Gridworking one. And I was hearing “you need to dredge the Charles River”. If you are familiar with the area, you know the Charles River well. If you are not familiar, the Charles River is the major waterway through the City of Boston. Rivers are a huge part of the energy movement system of the planet. And water holds emotional vibrational memory. Gridworking with Rivers is so multi layered and complex. You have the pollutants to work with alchemically, and the animals and creatures who call the river home, you also have a lot of human pain and stored emotions. I spend a lot of time working with the waterways and gridlines in the area I live in (about an hour west of Boston in Central Massachusetts. The Headwaters (a potent powerful place to gridwork) of the Charles are here by me in Hopkinton. I have begun to following the lines the work I am doing here, which involves the native trails and lands and brutal story of colonization, east to Boston, the city, the harbor, the islands, the waterways. I spent several hours preparing for the trip. Contemplating and exploring routes, river access locations, drives along the trails and through the city. Given the family calendar for the day, I was only afforded a few hours, so I did much of the river work on maps (I use my map app on my phone a whole lot to “run the lines” of rivers. Basically zooming in and scrolling and following their path from headwaters to delta/ocean. You can learn a lot about the flow and move a LOT of energy that way. So, I got in my car and let the grids lead me and determine my path. When I got to the city I ended up on Charlesbank Road and Memorial Drive, which hug the river. I was overcome with college Boston memories, and then started driving through a corridor of beautiful white sycamore trees. It was like being in a white light ray tunnel, it was very sacred and amazing. The trees were clearly working with the river and the work I had been doing spending time with and learning to communicate with Sycamore trees in particular felt all in preparation for this moment. I have been working with the Sycamore Trees in my local area, and networking them and using them to bring light into the earth energy grids (read more on that here…..). I work closely with the Blackstone River here, and sycamores grow along her banks too. I ended up parking near MIT in Cambridge, to take the T over to the theatre. Crossing the Charles again. The concert was amazing, it was a special project by a musician I love, Trey Anastasio, called Ghosts in the Forest. It was amazingly a tale of conducting more light through the stars to the forests, to the planet. I had also been participating in a group lightworking project called the Global Tree Network (basically working with the powerful trees around the globe and learning and using their wisdom to conduct more light, you can read about it here). So, this tree network project was set to culminate the next day on April 11. All very intricately related. Ok, back to Gridworking with rivers…. I fully expected to be working with the Native Americans and helping release some of the pain story (as I have been doing last few years). This was very different. It was much more modern and cultural “melting pot” and city vibe feeling. Concert was great, drive home smooth, but I woke up feeling very “pressurized” in my body. Doing some soul centering movements, increasing fluid flow using body balls, working with crystals and andaras, all my usual things…..i got the ah-ha moment that a huge piece of what I was releasing from the human emotional grid with help of the river, water and trees, was from a tragic event that happened in Boston on April 15, 2013 - Boston Marathon Bombing. Two “home made” scatter shot bombs were set off along the route of the Boston Marathon. Many many were injured, many more emotional scared and traumatized by the panic and chaos of the event. It is a long standing tradition and point of pride for the city of Boston. A sacred tradition. When you are releasing emotional trauma from the land and grids, it is often in hindsight when all the threads of what you have been working come together. This was one of those moments. Realizations and connections kept popping up as I read and researched about that fateful impactful traumatic day… It was on Monday April 15, 2013. We have come around again to when April 15 falls on a Monday, so that is a divot point, a landmark of memory. This is a very “close to home” one. While there are many visiting elite athletes that come from all over the world to participate, thousands and thousands are local Massachusetts residents. I have so many friends who were running the race, or who were on the sidelines with their small children. So many kids were there watching their moms and dads finish the race, only to be confused, evacuated, and truly terrorized with the not knowing of who was hurt and who was safe. This kind of thing lingers on the land. It flows on the waterways. Anyone who has visited or lives in Southern Manhattan by the twin tower site can testify. Huge events like this, they leave a HUGE emotional divot, on the city, in the people’s hearts and emotional fields and bodies. The truth is, that your body is a microcosm of this planetary system, so every time you make an shift in your own body, energy field, mind, and emotional field, you affect the planet. The space you are sovereign over is your Inner Space. You get to set your own vibrational field. To master this, takes dedication and training, much like a Jedi. I have been working on this line, of clearing energy from the Boston collective, about this event. And the more I read the more I research it points to larger “divots” in the city energy grids. This very date, Patriots Day – is a huge thing in Massachusetts. It celebrates the battle that sparked the Revolutionary War from the colonies from England. There is a big source of pride about the fighting spirit of the folks who colonized this land to carve out freedom. That “wicked pissah” f-off Boston stereotype comes from this fighting revolutionary spirit. You gonna raise our taxes again? Nah, we’re dumping this tea in the water (another thing that lingers in the Boston waterways) And of course a huge shadow side of how they carved out their own freedom standing on the backs and dead bodies of the indigenous people who inhabited these lands first. One of the things we are commemorating is the “one if by land two if by sea” ride of Paul Revere. The concert I went to was across the street from the Granary Burying Ground, where Paul Revere is buried, along with many others from this revolutionary time. Paul Revere’s ride was April 18, 1775. Back to the Marathon Bombing, the investigating authorities released the images of the two brothers who set off the bombs, and initiated a man hunt throughout the city. They did this on the night of April 18, 2013. I know they did not “on purpose” initiate this to time it with the ride of Paul Reverve, but this is how divots in the human collective field work, similar things happen when we slide into the these times. The two brothers who set the bombs in Boston saw themselves on the news, knew their time was up, and went on a rampage. The killed a patrolling security guard on the MIT campus on the night of April 18. He was parked in his car. I parked basically right at the same spot in Cambridge where it happened, in front of the Stata Center for my concert. I had no plan to park there, I just connected to the flow of where I needed to be and followed my gut instinct and “randomly” picked this unfamiliar spot in the city to park and take the subway in. Of course there is no random in gridwork. It all happens in the flow and it is ALL connected. There are many more layers to the story, and even to the connections I have made in this convergence this week. I have been working deeply with this all week. It is a BIG job. I could use your help! What does that mean? How can you help? You already have helped me a TON by devoting your time and attention to reading this, bearing witness. Me sharing this tale is important. For my local friends who were as personally affected by this as I was. Let’s talk about it. Tell your stories again. Notice where the emotion is being stored in your body. Breathe into the spaces. Give them light and space to BE. By moving your own emotions, you effect the collective. We have a lot of pain and impact to clear. If you are removed from the direct impact, we can still use your help! Holding Boston and New England in the light, while we work this anniversary is tremendous. Thanks to all Julie
