On This Harvest Moon...

Today we are bathed in light, both from the magnificent high and bright equinox sun angles, and the luminous reflective light of the new moon.  Today, October 5, we experience the full moon closest to the September Equinox.  It carries the light codes of the balance point of equinox.  It’s movement in the sky, and rising and setting cycles map out a still point for us to align with.  Due to the angles of lunar body movement during an equinox alignment, the time between rising on consecutive days is much closer together than other times of the year.  It may seem like the moon rises tonight and tomorrow night at close to the same time in relation to sunset. 

Here is a guided experience to tune your breath, and thereby your prana flow/energy flow to this balance point/zero point/equinox point.
