Hydrate, Liquify, REst

We are in the corridor of feeling the magnetic cracks. Solar Wind was very prevalent yesterday here....less impact today, but we are feeling the "hangover", the integration affects today here.
If you are tired, let yourself rest. If you feel cold, it can be a sign of plasma integrating into your energy field. If your body clock feels wacky, know it is "ok" and is the process of recalibrating. Hydration helps. Baths, rest, fluids, nourishing liquids (tea, broth, etc) all assist.
