We are in a very important time for receiving and integrating the light and information that streams our way from the cosmos (sun, stars, planets, moon, galaxies), from inside the earth and from inside of YOU (you emit and receive bio-photons in your DNA).  It is all a grid, a matrix of LIGHT.  A field of information and vibration.

I have been delighted with what I have been able to offer here at Inner Space with my in person classes and private sessions. My skills have upgraded significantly over the last few years to be able to include an infusion of energy body anatomy, sound codes and light codes, DNA recalibration - all in the context of a movement/yoga/energy alignment class.  It is so amazing and fun to be working with you all this way now.  Still, the form of a movement class is limited.  The truth is, that when you are embodying on your yoga mat, feeling into yourself, breathing, laying on balls, that is not the time for me to be talking on and on, and filling your mind with words about cosmology and astrophysics, about sacred geometry and the living library of light. Sure, key points can easily be incorporated.  But larger "study" belongs in a different context. I have been longing for a way to share with you all more fully on theses topics.  Following instructions from the stars, I have organized it into this concept of "Inner Space Voyage".  I have been receiving massive downloads of information and light codes and I am meant to SHARE these with you!

"Inner Space Voyage" is an in depth study, an extended voyage though deep Inner Space.  To place this in a yoga philosophy context this is Svadhyaya - Self Study.  Turning your awareness, your arrow of attention in on YOU.  Self awareness is self healing.  Delving into you and your inner space reveals the deepest truths of the universe, for as above, so below, and as within, without.

Fall 2017 INNER SPACE VOYAGE - EXPLORE YOUR LIGHT BODY - October 5 thru the December Solstice.  
This maiden Inner Space Voyage is my highest offering to the community for Fall 2017.  
I would like to make it available this round to each and every one who wants in, free of charge.
You will be live beta testing and refining with me.  Future Voyages will be paid participation adventures, 
This is an "opt in" style offering, so you will need to sign up to take this voyage.  
If you are so inclined I happily also take in kind contributions for this round (money, goods, services, laundry, cleaning chores)

FORMAT:
This will be all online, as your schedule allows.  The course will be run via e-mail -  with links for online articles,  uploads of videos and audio files on my website.  I will also be offering energy alignment group sessions on the Zoom platform (easy to use video meeting space).

Signing up means you will get frequent email from me over the rest of 2017, with articles, blogs, webpages to read, invitation to live group phone calls/video chats where I share info and guide some energy alignment & yoga techniques.  It is all to be enjoyed as it works for you, when it works for your schedule.  I will record the content portion of the group calls, so you can watch later on if you are not be able to attend live time.
