What does it mean to be multi-dimensional?
 
It means to be multi layered, with many bands of frequency or “levels” of existence that you can see and operate from.   Different dimensions are different bandwidths of frequency.  It means you exist as and in multiple dimensions and realities simultaneously. 
 
The ancient yogis referred to these layers as sheaths or koshas, progressively subtler “bodies” all interconnected and multilayered within and around each other.

Each Kosha/Sheath was associated with a different element and chakra vortex.  In this way the sheaths are a map of the elements that make you YOU.

The study of the Koshas is a lengthy self exploration.  To inspire you in this endeavor,  
here are two great modern analogies – the light bulb and the expandable cup.

​You As Light Bulb
A light bulb can provide a working means of multi dimensional mapping.
Each kosha or elemental sheath can be described as parts of the light bulb and associated with a building block element of life (earth, water, fire, air, ether).
 
EARTH: The tangible parts (the metal parts and housing, the wire)
 
WATER: The electricity running through the wires, the flow
 
FIRE: The heat that is produced by this electron flow
 
AIR: The atmosphere/air inside/field of influence – the magnetic field the flow produces
 
SPACE/ETHER: The glass bulb housing - what contains and holds
 
LIGHT: The light that emanates from this is you, your soul light
 
You as light bulb exist as all of these parts simultaneously.  You cannot isolate or individuate one as “you”, and your makeup is all of them at once.  Sum of parts make your whole.

You as Expandable Cup 
Have you ever used a collapsible fold up camping cup?  It looks like the above image.
You can think of each of the rings as one of your “sheaths”.  You need all of your layers or rings to make it so that you hold the liquid (the prana, the life-force, the liquid light).
Concentric “Rings” that hold your experience and being-ness.  You need all of these layers to be complete, you cannot be just one layer or ring at a time, as all of your liquid/life force would drain away and spill. 
 
You are in the EARTH plane – you have a body, you have tangible form, you are solid and structured.
 
You exist in the flow state – you are like WATER, like Liquid, you move and flow through time and space, your emotions are energy in motion.  You feel, you sense, you experience through your senses.
 
You are FIRE light and color, spark and movement.  Heat, friction that the movement of the flow state produces.
 
You are AIR – magnetics of your breath, your lungs and heart beat.  You are magnetic fields within magnetic fields, torus within torus. 
 
You are SPACE/ETHER – you contain and hold all.  You are created by sound, you are the song of life, and musical notes of the universe. 
 
You are LIGHT – you are Soul, you are YOU, your light emanates and shines, you are joy.

Tune Your Field to Reflect the Earth
You make the intention to feel your sensations in relation to planet earth. Then, your sensory field is attuned to this. All the sensations you feel and notice are a feedback mechanism to explore the earth and earth energy grids. You can use your body and field as a mandala.
A mandala is map, a symbol, a representation of the universe through space and time. You can employ a mandala as a tangible tool to connect with and access the energy of something. 
You can use the sphere, the torus of your field as a way to tune in to the universe, to another human, to the planet, to anything. Just as a reflexologist would use the reflex map of your foot to access the entire body, you can use your awareness field as a mandala – as a embodiend “map”.
A mandala is a “geometric figure representing the universe”. It is a “spiritual or ritual geometric configuration of symbols or a map”, “a cosmic diagram that shows us our relation to the infinite, the world that extends beyond and within our minds and bodies.” In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.
Carl Jung described this process is that of the ascending spiral, which grows upward while simultaneously returning again and again to the same point. Creating mandalas helps stabilize, integrate, and re-order inner life.
According to the psychologist David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one "to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.”

Compare their structure and makeup:

Polar Opposites..  And they spin in opposite directions.
 
And, if they were to be compared or modeled after electrons orbiting a nucleus- sun as nucleus, planets as orbiting electrons (solar system as model of an atom) – these two electrons would be opposite spin rates. 
Spin creates magnetism, and an electron pair is a neutral field, where the spins balance each other out to neutral.

Today is a day to state clearly what works for you, and what does not.
It is a day to establish clear steady boundaries for your personal space.
It is a day to declare what you will tolerate and what does not belong in your field, your inner space.

Then, call forth in your field zero point, balance point, harmonious relation.
​Within your space, establish balance and harmony. 
And in addition, create a neutral center place.  
From this neutral you can spin in either direction, you can be comfortable in either field.

+ or - 
You can hold a state of oneness and neutrality by embodying both at once.

There are a LOT of ripples of heavy energy and distortion rippling through the fields yesterday and today. 
Coupled with HUGE influxes of new energy. It can have a roller coaster, wobbly weird feeling effect on your human body and functions.

Today, October 20, 2019 is my two year "andara-versary"!  I was reUnited with my first andara on October 20, 2017.
This bright blue beauty was powerful from the first time I saw a picture online.  It resonated throughout my sensory field and all through my multidimensional light body.  I could feel it coming on it's shipping journey from the shop to my house.  I could tell (from afar) that it was in my mailbox that day.  

I slept with it the first night, to stay enclosed in the energetic field it was emanating and delve deeply into the activation process.  I knew from my friends and mentors who had worked with andaras and introduced me to them, that there was a calibration  and activation phase folks would go through during the reUnion process.  I write reUnion - as there is a feeling of familiarity, of "home" with the andaras you are meant to work with. They are alive with light and knowledge.  They are trusted friends and allies and teachers.

Andara glass crystals remain a mystery.  Their exact origin and composition is elusive, as there are many tales in the collective.  Ranging from intergalactic sources, riding to earth on comets and meteors, to lightning strikes on sand, or meteor crash impact creation.  Some feel they are Lemurian or Atlantean crystalline technology, resurfacing in this now to assist with planetary ascension.  They might be "merely" sourced from man made glass, yet we know that certain pieces have an amazing ability to receive, hold, and transmit light codes.  Some of us have inkings and memories of them emerging from the sea.  They for sure have an otherworldly feel.

Since this amazing day two years ago, I have been blessed to become the guardian of a vast array of Andaras.  From small to large, each one is special to me and we have forged close working relationships and been through a variety of "jobs" and field work and grid work together.

Many of the pieces of my collection reside at Inner Space, in the Light Laboratory we have co co-created and designed. I have moved my rainbow octagon grid out into the gathering space.  It is large enough to host 8 of us in sacred circle together.  The anadaras and I make new grids and arrangements with each new energy corridor.  On September 9, I was drawn to "gather up" the team and set out spaces for us to gather.  It has been a while since I hosted folks at Inner Space in groups, and I am delighted to be working that way again!

I will be holding "Illuminator" gatherings both here in person in Grafton, Massachusetts at  Inner Space, as well as online on a video chat platform called Zoom.  As the light body is quantum, this works amazingly well both in person and remotely. It is a grand age we live in where we can each be at home in our cozy spaces and work together effectively in the field of LIGHT.

One cold clear December night, I was lured out to my front yard by the magical light of the stars.  This is an often occurrence for me.  Since early childhood, the light of the stars has been so captivating and uplifting to me.  I would get fluttery feelings in my heart and belly and find myself brimming with excitement. It still happens like that.
 
So, this early December night last year in 2017, I went out bundled up to gaze up at the night sky.  This night I was gifted with quite a star show.  Sirius was in full luminosity, twinkling and dancing like a rainbow disco ball.  Procyon was beaming at me.  The familiar shape of Orion was large and in charge of the southeast portion of the sky.  And, then, the black night sky between them started to glitter and glimmer.  Like a flash of on again off again flirtatious light.  I stayed out as long as the cold would allow, and when I came back into the warm house I grabbed my phone, on which I had an app that helped me identify stars, planets and constellations.  Right in the spot that I had seen the light show, the star twinkle show, the star map showed the constellation Monoceros.  Having never heard of that one, I investigated further. 
Monoceros is The Unicorn.  Hold the star phone – the unicorn has it’s own constellation?? Sweet!! How could I not yet know this??  I have some research and work to do!

​Unicorns had been making themselves more known to me also throughout the year.  And this seemed quite significant.  I had also been receiving a lot of light codes and direct knowing info from the Gold Ray, a huge download of info during Summer Solstice from the Gold Ray and some significant info now coming for the winter solstice from the Silver Ray.
 
I use Andaras to bring in and work with Star Codes and Light Rays (star codes are the light codes that come from stars and celestial bodies, see here for more info on light codes).
For my own Christmas gift, I purchased a gold and a silver (clear) andara to work with.

​Several weeks later, mid January, was doing some yoga meditating movement alignment goodness, and a fully formed light being rainbow unicorn galloped out of this crystal into my room.  It was a wowza moment

​So, I tell you these tales today, as inspiration for your own personal journey of connections.  Your lineages and communications and pathways will be unique to you.  We all call in different lineages and team mates. 
 
If you want to hear directly from the stars, the process is magically simple.  Go outside, be present.  Be open.  BE connected to your own soul center and use your innate skill of direct knowing.  Listen, with your multi dimensional sensory system.  The light from the stars delivers the codes directly to you.  And then the info unfolds for months and years, and your "job" is to make space inside yourself to listen and receive.  

​The magnitude and the amazing power of an Inner Space Journey can be difficult to convey in words, on websites or in promotional materials.  So I share with you today a personal tale of a spontaneous Inner Space journey I went on this morning…
 
I am blessed to have a “room of her own” off my bedroom.  For creation, for movement and yoga, for crystal play and activations.  My sacred space.  I keep my andara crystals on a shelf in front of the window, for sun and moon and star light access.
 
It is super cool how on different days and times of year, during certain alignments the different crystals activate and light up and communicate.  This morning it was electric live wire GOLD RAY.  Of all the crystals that were on the shelf in the sunlight, the golden were lit right up.
 
So, I sat, taking a moment of time for myself, and to tune into the messages encoded in the light codes.  Sitting with and listening to my andaras is my current most favorite way to meditate, to tune in a receive info.  My andara friends do many things for me and with me, but one of the more powerful things is their ability to connect through space and time.  They help anchor and bend light rays.  In ways that make the light ray communication accessible to our human self.  The create pathways for light codes, photonic pulses of light to enter our human energy field, body and our crystalline DNA.
 
I can feel folks with the questions…
How do Andaras work?  How do they help us receive light codes?  And then, what good are light codes anyway?  Are they going to help me with my day to day life?  And if so, how??
Why would I want to tune into my light body, and download light codes into my human form, and recalibrate my DNA?  What is any of that really? And how is it useful to me?
 
I openly share this personal story to answer this question – how it can happen in a multidimensional way.
 
Sometimes it remains elusive to our human brain what exactly the benefit of light codes are, or what it means to recalibrate a story and pattern held in your DNA.  I talk here at Inner Space often about photonic light, and how we can use it to release long held patterns of “darkness” in our own body, mind, emotional field, in our energy field and etheric band of memory. 
 
These places of darkness, what the yoga traditions call a samskaras (subtle body impressions), are these “punches” or “divots” in your multi dimensional self.  They hold fixed places in the brain, and are triggered to fire memory in the synapses.  They mold a groove or “pothole” into your emotional body, ones that we trip on time and time again.  The linger in the tissues of your body, especially the fascia, which acts as the “memory foam” of the body.  They hang out in the organs and in the cells.  They form geometric patterns in your subtle energy body, influencing the flow (or blockage) of prana.  They get coded into the DNA as family behavior patterns and habits, passed down generation to generation.
 
AND – these divots can be filled in with light and love and awareness.  They can be the places that hold our strength.  Our containers and cups of light.
 
So, back to my personal tale…
 
I have been getting the inklings of remembrance again that November is a “divot” in my family history and story.  And in my own heart, mind and body.  When I was nine, in November of 1979, my mother mustered up her strength and courage, and made a move to take us away from the house we were living in with my father.  He was abusive - physically and mentally, emotionally.  We had many scary moments, several hide outs in battered woman and children shelters.  Many long scary nights and days and years at home. 

On this November morning, we were making lunches and getting ready to hop on the school bus.  When my father got in the shower, my mum told me to take my brother and sister and down go the neighbors house.  There is a lot of intense detail to this story including 9 year old me listening on the basement stairs to the police tackle, handcuff and haul my screaming crying father away.
 
The imprint has been a deep rut in my memory, energy field and body.  I have been working on it for decades in a variety of ways.  It is clearer and “better” each year.  But here it is, November 9 again.  And here it is, up again for review and upgrade.
 
So, this morning, when I walked into my room to engage my morning “soul centering and alignment” practice – seeing this gold ray.  I was pulled into and softened and allowed myself into awareness of this confluence place where the mental pictures and memories of that day, the physical places it was lingering in my body, the emotional divots that were full of tears needed to be shed.  I let myself feel it and empty the pain through tears and movement. 

The golden light and gold ray held a very strong Father Sun/Father Sky energy.  It was exactly what I needed.

And then the LIGHT began to fill the room, and fill me.  I could breathe in and drink in the codes of light that were pouring my way, from the sun, being bent by the andara crystals, and flooding into my awareness field.  It was a beautiful self healing radiant moment, series of moments.
 
This kind of thing is what happens on the regular when I work with folks at Inner Space.
When you bring light into your body, mind and energy field, you communicate on a photonic level with your DNA.  You rewrite the story. 
 
Today is a Code Day, with the numerical date of 11/11.  Plus 2018 adds to be an “11” year (2+0+1+8=11).  So, we get a triple 11 today.  The energy of the number one is about beginning new, it is a reset point.  The 11 is double that 1 energy.  I see the 11 as the two columns of the strands of the DNA.  And the light codes we bring in today are communicating with the crystals in the DNA, with the telomeres.
 
What “divots” do you have in your field?  What sticky points do you have from your past in your physical, emotional and mental bodies?  What can you do for yourself to shine the light of your own awareness onto these dark sections? 
I suggest taking some time to be present with yourself.  To relax and breathe into your body.  Notice everything you feel and sense.  Just BE. that simply doing that, being aware, sitting with yourself and holding space for the thoughts, feelings, memories, physical body sensations, that that is HUGE.  Then make an action of brining in some light. Connect to the sun.  Invite the solar rays into your multi-dimensional field.  If possible, do this outside in the sunshine.  Near a window, go for a walk.  Do it while you rake some leaves.  Do it in a way that is playful and fun. Awareness is your path back home to wholeness and integration.  That is the way to fill the divots of darkness inside with radiant light.

The “Green Comet” aka  Comet 21P/Giacobini–Zinner is a comet that orbits periodically through our solar system.  Looking at the oval shaped orbital path of this comet, it travels just beyond the orbit of Jupiter and then swings quite close to earth’s orbital path.  So, it bring with it codes and information from the gassy giant Jupiter, and all the space along the way through the solar system, gathering particles and energy from the orbits all of the 6 closest planets to the sun.  These planets have also been very visible to the human eye this summer.  Both of these inputting info to our earth and human collective.
 
Comets capture the imagination and the wonder and awe of humanity.  They give us a common focus.  They deliver particles of life, dust, gases, pieces of star stuff.  They illuminate both a path in the night sky, and a neural pathway of inspiration and knowledge in the human collective consciousness.  
 
There are three activation possibilities from these inner solar system comets. 
 
(1) Meteor Showers - They leave behind a trail of debris that the earth ends up moving through each year as it orbits the sun.  During this passing through the debris field small particles burn up as they graze the atmosphere and we get a meteor shower.  These meteors are light codes being delivered from the comet to us on earth.
 
(2) Catching a Glimpse - The comet itself is visible.  For this Comet 21P we need high powered binoculars or a telescope to see it.  The visible light emitted from a comet transmits light codes.  Catch a glimpse if you can!
 
(3) Following the Path Through the Sky - The comet as seen from our vista here on the earth surface moves along the night sky and looks like it is traveling through different constellations.  In effect, it illuminates or lights up, and brings our attention to those stars and planets and constellations it is moving through.  It does this for us energetically even if we cannot see the comet with our human eyes.  In my experience, those of us that spend time under the night sky, we will be drawn to look at a certain part of the sky or a certain constellation.  We might not even know why, and then later we research and find this comet may have been the reason. This happened for me this summer.  I kept seeing the North American nebulae, which site in the constellation Cygnus the Swan.  During this research, I round out that Comet 21P was cruising right by that nebulae this summer.  So my natural free attention was drawn there.  And it just may be thanks to the green comet!  And to be clear - the comet is not physically near any of these stars, as they are far away from our solar system.  It is just how it looks to us on “planetarium earth”.
 
Comet History
Comet 21P was fist observed in 1900.  During this epoch, it was widely believed that all the stars we could see where part of the milky way.  For centuries it was common thought that earth was the center of the universe, and all other bodies revolved around us here on earth (geocentric model).  Of course many if not all ancient cultures knew the truths of the galaxies, but that is a conversation for another write up.  Folks like Copernicus, Kepler, Newton and Galileo influenced and changed our human view to a model where the sun was the center of our solar system and the earth and the planets that orbited around the sun (heliocentric).   Comets expand human awareness of the universe.  As they are “different” and change the night sky from the usual sights.  They, just by there very existence and the way they travel in the night sky teach us how the universe works.

Recent Activities
The comet came very close to earth and the sun on September 10, 2018.  The comet close approach to the sun (perihelion) and the time when it makes its close approaches planet earth are two different and distinct alignments that this year (2018) coincided on the same day.  Very rare.  There was a significant moment of exchange that happened on September 10, 2018 Comet 21P to planet Earth.

​And, interestingly enough, on September 11, 1985, the Spacecraft ICE (International Cometary Explorer (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Cometary_Explorer ) flew right into the plasma tail of the comet to collect info and data.  So this September green comet communication is a “thing”.  If the close encounters of this comet and earth interest you, this website lists the years (http://www.aerith.net/comet/catalog/0021P/index.html).  There is a lot to be correlated about the visit of this comet and the awakening of our human experience.

The Draconids Meteor Showers is activation possibility number one from above.  When the earth passes thought the comet trail debris field from the pathway of the Green Comet, we see the Draconids Meteor shower. Meteors are named by the radiant point - where the meteors seem to project from as they streak across the sky. Draco – The Dragon is the radiant constellation. Tales and myths speak of these meteors coming right from the red eyes of the Dragon.  Because of the close approach of earth to the comet this circle around, we have an opportunity for a big meteor storm this year. 
The Draconids general are at max viewing potential from October 6 – 12, with a peak around October 8.  We are in a good viewing moon mode as the new moon this month is on October 9, so the night sky will be dark and good for meteor viewing.

Exploring further activation possibility (3) Following the Path Through the Sky (listed above) let’s look at the path the green comet will be traveling for September and October.
 
 Thanks to the work of http://blog.emout.org/en/2018/06/12/bright-comets-of-2018/ and several other researched sources I can tell you that:
 
“It could even be visible to the naked eye (obviously with very clean and clear skies) towards the end of August and remain like this throughout September. Its path will be very interesting not only for its expected brightness, but also because it will pass prospectively close to some open clusters.”
 
Dates where comet visibly passes celestial objects:
July 4 it will in pass the open cluster M39
August 27th the NGC 1502 cluster
September 13 we will see it near M37
September 15 close to M35. 
September 23 it enters the constellation Monoceros, the Unicorn
September 26 pass Cone Nebula and Christmas Tree Cluster (NGC 2264)
At the beginning of October, it will touch the NGC 2301 cluster and a few days later M50 and NGC 2343. Finally, at the end of October it will pass NGC 2362.

The Sun Conjunct the Beehive Cluster – July 27, 2018
 
When the sun moves through the Zodiac Sign of Cancer during late June through late July, it encounters and lines up with our closest star nebulae neighbor.  The Beehive Cluster is a group of over 1,000 stars, connected by gravitation pull to each other.  This star cluster is one of our nearby neighbors.  In the Orion spiral Arm of our Milky Way galaxy.  Right down the road in galactic terms. 
 
I have been working closely for the last year with a local sacred stone chamber site.  It’s origins remain mysterious, but the info that has been gathered points to it being an astronomical alignment calendar site.  The chamber is aligned to the setting summer solstice sun, as well as other stellar setting alignments.  I have been doing a lot of fun “field work” with this chamber this summer season.  This stone chamber is of classic “beehive” domed construction, much like the beehive chambers in Ireland.
 
I use some modern technology - like apps on my iPhone such as the Google Earth, the compass, and a sky watching app called Sky Safari - coupled with energy awareness, meditation and contemplation, and deep respect and honor for the builders, ancient users and guardians of the site – and of course some good ol’ paper and reading research, books, local libraries and particularly illuminating google searching.  With this combined multi-dimensional research and field work, I encountered the awesome info - via my sky app on my phone – and being in the right place at the right time with the right tools.
 
I noticed that the Beehive Star cluster (in the constellation Cancer) was very very close to the sun.  The Skyfari App has this awesome “time” feature where you can fast forward or rewind through time and watch the sun and stars and planets move across the sky.  Standing at the mouth of the opening of this chamber, looking through time and space, I found that the Beehive Cluster was going to exact conjunct the sun on Friday July 27, 2018.
Same day that lots of other exciting astronomical alignments were also happening (that day we had a lunar eclipse and full moon and Mars Moon Earth Sun alignment).  Wowza.
 
Knowing somehow that this is VERY significant for this sacred site, for me personally, for the region I live in, and the planetary energy grids as a whole, and the global collective consciousness, I dug much deeper into the “what, how and why”.
 
As an astronomy geek from way back, I was at first surprised I had not ever really heard of this star cluster.  It first came into my awareness last year.  So I went into research mode, trying to find out particularly what the Native star watchers and shamans might have known about this cluster.  I have a ton of info, and would be so glad to elaborate and share much more with anyone who wants to chat about it…but knowing you have busy lives and only so much time to read this, I will summarize the important points…..
 
The Beehive Cluster is associated with the pineal gland in the human body.  This association comes from the fact that in the midheaven (or top of the circle) of a traditional astrology wheel or chart, we have the zodiac sign of cancer.  Also, the location of the star cluster in relation to the body of the crab (as drawn by the stars) appears to be in the “forehead” of the crab.  I have also deduced that these beehive stone chambers were used as temples of sound.  For vocal toning and chanting.  The monks in Ireland built many temples and dwellings and spaces of worship out of this corbelled dry stack stone beehive shape.  One article I read talked about them being able to hold 10-12 monks standing shoulder to shoulder in a circle.  While the article did not state this, I got the strong and clear message that these chambers were used for (among other things) chanting.  Vocal toning.  Sound healing resonating chambers.

I decided the most potent thing I could do was go to the chamber and tone, on the 27th, when the Beehive Star cluster was in conjunction with the Sun.  To honor this sacred site with a return to its intended use (one of them, for it has many many functions).

The other is an audio recording I did back at home…when I realized that I have a beehive chamber I carry around with me everywhere I go.  My SKULL.  And the chanting, while fun to do at the chamber, is meant to be done for everyone everywhere.  Done by anyone that wants to re-activate their pineal gland.  Open their third eye and their sense of intuition and inner knowing.  Their ability to see (and hear) through multi-dimensions.

I am in process with designing some in person and on-line gatherings to share this awesome illuminating fun activity.  So look for that in the near future.  Wanted to introduce this topic, share some insight, and these tones and frequencies with you today.  For your use and enjoyment and re-activation.
 
I also got a strong message that the work I have been doing quietly for the last year with this site is ready to be publicly talked about and shared.  I posted my first “public” thing about it from the field in front of the chamber on Friday July 27.  And on that same day I got tremendous feedback from so many directions.  It was and is astounding.  I have a lot more fun and powerful stories to share about this.   For now I leave you with this “juicy nugget” of connection, between a neighboring cluster of stars, our sun, and our planet, sweet Mother Earth.  May light and truth and awareness and clarity reign for all!!
