Vibrational Toning & The Chakra Petals Prana flows into your field as water through a river. The central flow is along the core lines of the body, along the spine. From there it branches out. In one model of the chakra system the chakras visualized as petals on lotus flowers. You can think of each of these petals as a flow line off the central branch. The coherent, smooth, balanced flow of life through this distribution system sends life-force, energy, light communication though the human body system. The Sanskrit alphabet are matrikas “little mothers” that care for each of these rivers of life. The letters of the Sanskrit alphabet are the varna mala “a strand of pearls” as bijas “seed mantras”. They awaken, bring to life to and nourish the nadis. Sanskrit is a vibrational language. It evokes the nada “current of sound”. The sound current resonates with and engages prana, lifeforce. It is a language of creation. The Vedas tell us the universe was sung into creation. Judeo Christian texts say “In the beginning there was the word”. Many cultures revere this sound current as creative power. Words create your reality. In addition to watching our words, making shifts and keeping our creations exquisite and clear, we can co-create with the nada, the sound current. Connect with your power to create and re-create your body, mind and life just as you want it. Learn the bija mantras for each chakra petal. Explore the location these sounds land in your body. Lubricate the flow of lifeforce through the nadis that branch out of each petal, and experience their elemental nature (ether, air, fire, water, earth). Use your voice as a tool for self healing. This course is an in depth study of your energy body, and how to regulate the flow of prana through your nadis. We will meet in an online forum. So you connect into the group meetings from home. If you cannot meet live time the classes will be recorded so you can learn as your schedule allows. In addition to the 4 weeks of group meetings, I will send along course materials weekly via email.
