Here are 8 great techniques we use here at Inner Space to align energy and connect to life and the universe.  This set is designed to assist you in flowing with, anchoring in, and being in highest alignment with the energies of incoming solar & cosmic light.  Included are attention honing guided visualizations, light and sound codes, meditation in motion/yoga tools infused with energy alignment techniques.  
Each one is 7 - 12 minutes long.  They can be done individually at any time.  You can string them together in any combination to make a longer time in active alignment. They are audio files, so to access you click on the play triangle below each image. Find a cozy comfortable place to listen.  Some include an active piece of laying on the floor or standing, striking a yoga pose.  Carve out some sacred space for yourself.
