I combine hands on healing (massage, marma point therapy, still point release, polarity energy flow) with vibrational tuning (vocal tones, chanting, tuning forks, rattles, singing bowls, crystal pyramids, chakra chimes, crystals).

Some water to drink, and dress in clothing in light layers work best. You remain fully clothed during the session, but your inner thermostat fluctuates widely with energy movement. |
