ACTIVATION OF YOUR INNER GALACTIC CORE (Part One of Three) DEC 19, 2025 - New Moon and Sun at the Galactic Center The moon is in its exact New Moon Position on Friday December 19 at 8:45 pm EST At this same time the Moon also is in the spot in the sky that houses the Center of the Milky Way Galaxy. This sky spot (near the star 3 Sagittarius) is a galactic marker for us here on earth. This time of year (Dec 18-20) the Sun also moves across this zone if the sky. When the sun shines on us from this position, it transmits light codes from the core of the Galaxy. These galactic light codes are the building blocks of life. Of stars. Of suns. They distribute the codes of life throughout the Galaxy. And they awaken within each of us these primal Star Codes of creation. They show up in our energy fields primarily in our central channel. Our Milky Way Galaxy is a barred spiral galaxy, meaning center is home of a bar of light - as well as a black hole. This bar of stars is a delivery system of light and energy to the Black Hole that anchors our Galaxy. As inhabitants of a barred spiral galaxy, our energy bodies mirror this galactic center. Our core is a filament of light, of energy, a distribution “bar of stars” that is known as the Sushumna Nadi. The Central Channel… EXPLORE YOUR INNER LIGHT BAR (Part 2 of 3) DEC 20, 2025 - Your Central Channel As Galactic Core Just like the milky way - the blueprint of this system is a “light bar” - or core filament. Your energy field has a distribution system for vital life force (prana) to flow. These flowlines are called Nadis. Nadi means channel or stream. Nadis are the Rivers of Life that flow and distribute the life force within you. There are three main Nadis that are primary rivers - and they run along your spine. They are the sushumna nadi (central channel) that follows the length of the spine, the ida nadi (left channel) and the pingala nadi (right channel). Ida - Pingala - Sushumna The Ida & Pingala are complementary and flow in opposite balance - weaving in spirals right to left. Ida is the lunar channel - governing the left side and the receptive lunar flows. Pingala is the solar channel, governing the right side and the radiant solar energies. Pingala runs red, like lava, and translates to “tawny or reddish”, symbolizing the solar nature of the flow. Ida flows like white moonlight and translates to “comfort energy” and is receptive and yin in nature. Their unified weaving gives rise to the spin and vortex flow of each chakra. The Sushumna is the central channel. My favorite translation is “she who is most gracious” or gracious flow. This is the primary river of life that distributes your prana to your whole energy field. Let’s explore this main energy river in depth… Sushumna Nadi - Your Multi Dimensional Central Channel- Streams within Streams (Part 3 of 3) This Nadi is multi dimensional and has three more subtle channels that run within in. They are described as streams within streams, nesting like concentric circles or filaments of light. The Sushumna is the outermost layer, and within it runs the Vajra, within that the Chitra and innermost is the Brahma. Each one vibrating more subtle that the one before it. Multi-Dimensional Sushumna Structure: Streams Within Streams Within the sushumna are three deeper and more subtle nadis: the vajra, chitra and brahma nadis - streams within streams. From outermost to innermost they nest: Vajra Nadi (or Vajrini) The outermost lustrous subtle layer, linked to the Sun (Surya) and Radiance. Also known as the Diamond Channel. It governs resilience, perseverance, and willpower, providing the energy for spiritual discipline and manifestation, for mental power, determination, and channeling vital energy (prana) for spiritual and physical strength, and activating chakras. Vajra means diamond or thunderbolt, signifying strength and indestructibility. The name comes from the Sanskrit, vajra, which means “firmness,” “thunderbolt” and “adamant.” Vajra is associated with the sun and with energy and ambition. Chitra Nadi (or Chitrini) Chitra flows within the Sushumna and the Vijra Nadis. and associated with the Moon (Chandra), and Resonance, Reflection. This inner, silvery core is often depicted as a fine, silvery thread or luminous being, pale and flowing with soma/nectar. it is responsible for dreams, inner sight, and visions, and is characterized by purity, clarity, tranquility, pure consciousness, and beauty. Becomes active with advanced yogic practices like Pranayama, allowing deeper meditative states and visions. In essence, Citrini Nadi is the luminous, subtle pathway within the spinal energy system that carries the seeker from duality (Ida/Pingala) towards the non-dual state of unity consciousness. Brahma Nadi (or Brahmarandhra Nadi) Brahma Nadi is the innermost purest layer of the Sushumna, crucial for accessing higher states of awareness beyond duality, symbolizing the path to unity. The name comes from the Sanskrit brahma, meaning "divine channel" or "sacred flow”. Brahma Nadi the most subtle channel and is considered the ultimate pathway for spiritual realization, leading from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, where energy (Prana) ascends to unite with the Divine. It's the innermost part of Sushumna, housing the Chakras, and its activation is key for spiritual awakening and liberation. "Sushumna Nadi has three layers or lesser Nadis that comprise it. Once the Cosmic Egg is broken, Kundalini energy from Sushumna Nadi continues to rise upwards still until the Thousand-Petals of Sahasrara Chakra are opened fully. You have to allow yourself to let go and not try to control the energy as it continues rising upwards. Each of the three Sushumna Nadis or layers have to do its part to make this happen. Once it is complete, the head opens up like a flower. Comprising the symbolic flower are three layers, as portrayed in Figure 134. Those three layers represent the fully awakened Sahasrara Chakra. As such, the human becomes an antenna to the vibrations from the outside. Sushumna Nadi has an outer layer traditionally considered a brilliant red colour, symbolic of the Kundalini Fire that flows through it. Since the Sushumna Nadi splits into two streams within the head, front and back, it governs the entire middle part of the head. Sushumna’s first layer is called Vajrini or Vajra Nadi. This Nadi starts at the Ajna Chakra and ends in the gonads (testes in men and ovaries in women). The second layer is called Chitrini or Chitra Nadi. Silver-white in colour, this Nadi reflects the nature of the Moon (Chandra). It connects us to dreams and visions and is of prime importance to awakened painters or poets. The innermost layer is the Brahma Nadi, which is directly related to Brahmarandhra. Brahma Nadi is the stream of purity and the deep essence of the Kundalini energy. When awakened, it energizes the Chakras, infusing them with the Kundalini Light. To have a full awakening, though, you must raise the Kundalini through Brahma Nadi and pierce Brahmarandhra. Anything less than that is not a complete awakening but a partial one." -Excerpt from "Serpent Rising: The Kundalini Compendium" by Neven Paar
